Stress Impacts Mental Wellness
Stress, everybody has it. Right? The likelihood is you have experienced stress from time to time. The real question is what type of stress? Stress related to a short-lived situation. Once you address the stress and/or issue, you may feel a sense of relief or even enhanced confidence in your ability to problem-solve things. What about stress that comes and goes? Stress that you deal with and comes again in another form. Consistent ways to handle stress may be best suited. Then, there is stress that does not seem to easily go away, and that you know it's here to stay. You may find any type of stress can have an impact; chronic stress can certainly impact your ability to maintain mental wellness.

Whether stress from everyday life, workplace, or relationships in your life. Remember, to check-in with yourself about your stress level and do something with it. Maybe a talk, a bike ride, a walk, or just addressing the stressors. Take care of yourself and try managing your stress too.
